Statement of Need
The purpose of this activity is to enhance knowledge concerning the treatment of patients with multiple myeloma (MM).
Target Audience
This activity was developed for pharmacists involved in the treatment and management of patients with MM.
Learning Objectives
At the completion of this activity participants should be able to:
- Identify new therapeutic options for the treatment of patients with MM
- Describe strategies for the retreatment of relapsed MM patients
- Discuss role(s) the oncology pharmacist has in the overall management of the MM patient
Registered Pharmacy Designation
MLI is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. Completion of this activity provides for 1.0 contact hour (0.1 CEU) of continuing education credit. The universal program number for this activity is 468-999-09-026-H01-P.

There is no fee for this activity. To receive credit, participants must first take the pretest for this activity. After reading this CE activity in its entirety, participants must complete the posttest and evaluation. The pretest, posttest, and evaluation can be completed online at
www.mlicme.org/p09021.html. Upon completion of the evaluation and scoring a 70% or better on the posttest, you will immediately receive your certificate online. If you do not achieve a score of 70% or better on the posttest, you will be asked to take it again. Please retain a copy of the Certificate for your records.
