Statement of Need
The purpose of this activity is to enhance knowledge concerning the treatment of patients with mantle cell lymphoma.
Target Audience
This activity was developed for physicians, nurses, and pharmacists.
Learning Objectives
At the completion of this activity participants should be able to:
- Identify the biologic factors related to prognosis in mantle cell lymphoma (MCL)
- Review efficacy data on the use of traditional, anthracycline-based therapies for patients with MCL
- Summarize data from clinical trials that are investigating novel therapies for MCL
- Describe the efficacy of emerging treatments for MCL
